Abstract

Su procedimiento de preparación, su uso como agentes activos fungicidas, particularmente en forma de composiciones fungicidas, y métodos para el control de hongos fitopatógenos, especialmente de plantas, usando estos compuestos o composiciones.Reivindicación 1: Un derivado de (tio)carboxamida de la fórmula (1) en la que T representa O (oxígeno) o S (azufre); X1 y X2 que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan un átomo de halógeno; R1 representa un alquilo C1-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; un halógenoalquilo C1-8 que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; un cicloalquilo C3-7 sustituido o sin sustituir; en donde, cuando está sustituido, cicloalquilo C3-7 está sustituido con hasta 10 átomos o grupos que pueden ser iguales o diferentes y que se pueden seleccionar de la lista que consiste en átomos de halógeno, ciano, alquilo C1-8, halógenoalquilo C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halógeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-carbonilo, halógenoalcoxi C1-8-carbonilo que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halógeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, alquilamino C1-8-carbonilo y dialquilamino C1-8-carbonilo; M representa un anillo fenilo o tiofeno; R2 representa flúor, cloro, metilo, etilo, metilisopropilo, metilsulfanilo o trifluorometilo; n representa 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4; Q representa un enlace directo, alquileno C1-4, alquenileno C2-4, O, S, SO, SO2, C=O, CF2 o NR3; R3 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquilsulfanilo C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, halógenoalquilo C1-6, halógenoalquenilo C2-6, halógenoalquinilo C2-6 o cicloalquilo C3-6; Z representa Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 ó Z5; Z1 representa un fenilo que está opcionalmente mono a pentasustituido con sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes W1; Z2 representa piridinilo que está opcionalmente mono a trisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes W2; Z3 representa cicloalquilo C3-7 o bicicloalquilo C4-10, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alquilo y/o (CR4R5)mSiR6R7R8; Z4 representa alquilo C1-20 sin sustituir o representa alquilo C1-20 que está mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alquilsulfanilo, alquilsulfinilo, alquilsulfonilo, alcoxi, alquilamino, dialquilamino, halógenoalquilsulfanilo, halógenoalquilsulfinilo, halógenoalquilsulfonilo, halógenoalcoxi, halógenoalquilamino, di(halógenoalquil)amino, -SiR6R7R8 y cicloalquilo C3-6, donde el resto cicloalquilo por su parte puede opcionalmente estar mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno y alquilo C1-4; Z5 representa alquenilo C2-20 o alquinilo C2-20, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alquilsulfanilo, alquilsulfinilo, alquilsulfonilo, alcoxi, alquilamino, dialquilamino, halógenoalquilsulfanilo, halógenoalquilsulfinilo, halógenoalquilsulfonilo, halógenoalcoxi, halógenoalquilamino, di(halógenoalquil)amino, -SiR6R7R8 y cicloalquilo C3-6, donde el resto cicloalquilo por su parte puede opcionalmente estar mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno y alquilo C1-4; R4 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R5 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; m representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; R6 y R7 independientemente entre sí representan hidrógeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquilsulfanilo C1-4-alquilo C1-4 o halógenoalquilo C1-6; R8 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquilsulfanilo C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, halógenoalquilo C1-6, halógenoalquenilo C2-6, halógenoalquinilo C2-6, cicloalquilo C3-6 o representa en cada caso fenilo o fenilalquilo opcionalmente sustituido; W1 representa halógeno, ciano, nitro, amino, hidroxilo, formilo, carboxi, carbamoilo tiocarbamoilo; o alquilo, hidroxialquilo, oxoalquilo, alcoxi, alcoxi-alquilo alquilsufanilalquilo, dialcoxialquilo, alquilsulfanilo, alquilsulfinilo o alquilsulfonilo de cadena lineal o ramificada que tienen en cada caso de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono; o alquenilo o alqueniloxi de cadena lineal o ramificada que tiene en cada caso de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono; o halógenoalquilo, halógenoalcoxi, halógenoalquilsulfanilo, halógenoalquilsulfinilo o halogenoalquilsulfonilo de cadena lineal o ramificada que tienen en cada caso de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono y de 1 a 13 átomos de halógeno iguales o diferentes; o halógenoalquenilo o halógenoalqueniloxi de cadena lineal o ramificada que tienen en cada caso de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono y 1 a 11 átomos de halógeno iguales o diferentes; o alquilamino, dialquilamino, alquilcarbonilo, alquilcarboniloxi, alcoxicarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo, dialquilaminocarbonilo, arilalquilaminocarbonilo, o dialquilaminocarboniloxi de cadena lineal o ramificada que tienen de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono en las cadenas hidrocarbonadas respectivas, alquenilcarbonilo o alquinilcarbonilo que tienen de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono en las respectivas cadenas hidrocarbonadas; o cicloalquilo o cicloalquiloxi que tienen en cada caso de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono; o alquileno doblemente unido que tiene 3 o 4 átomos de carbono, oxialquileno que tiene 2 o 3 átomos de carbono o dioxialquileno que tiene 1 ó 2 átomos de carbono, cada uno de cuyos radicales está opcionalmente mono a tetrasustituido con sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes del grupo que consiste en flúor, cloro, oxo, metilo, trifluorometilo y etilo; o los grupos (CR4R5)mSiR6R7R8 o -C(Q2)=N-Q3, en los que Q2 representa hidrógeno, hidroxilo o alquilo C1-4, halógenoalquilo C1-4 y de 1 a 9 átomos de flúor, cloro y/o bromo o cicloalquilo C1-6 y Q3 representa hidroxilo, amino, metilamino, fenilo, bencilo o representa en cada caso opcionalmente alquilo o alcoxi sustituido con ciano-, hidroxilo-, alcoxi-, alquilsulfanilo-, alquilamino-, dialquilamino- o fenilo- que tiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, o representa alqueniloxi o alquiniloxi que tiene en cada caso de 2 a 4 átomos de carbono, y también fenilo, fenoxi, fenilsulfanilo, benzoilo, benzoiletenilo, cinnamoílo, heterociclilo o fenilalquilo, fenilalquiloxi, fenilalquilsulfanilo o heterociclilalquilo que tiene en cada caso de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono en los restos alquilo respectivos, cada uno de los radicales está opcionalmente mono a trisustituido en el resto del anillo con halógeno y/o alquilo o alcoxi de cadena lineal o ramificada que tiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; W2 representa hidrógeno, halógeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, alcoxi C1-4, alquilsulfanilo C1-4, alquilsulfinilo C1-4, alquilsulfonilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6; representa halógenoalquilo C1-4, halógenoalcoxi C1-4, halógenoalquilsulfanilo C1-4, halógenoalquilsulfinilo C1-4, halógenoalquilsulfonilo C1-4 que tiene en cada caso de 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; representa -SO2NR10R11, -C(=Y)R12, -Si(R13)3, alquenilen C2-4-Si(R13)3, alquinilen C2-4-Si(R13)3, -NR15R16, -CH2-NR15R16, en los que Y representa O (oxígeno) o S (azufre); R10 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o -C(=Y)R12; R11 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o -C(=Y)R12; o R10 y R11 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un heterociclo saturado que tiene de 5 a 8 átomos en el anillo y está opcionalmente mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno y alquilo-C1-4, donde el heterociclo puede contener 1 ó 2 heteroátomos no adyacentes adicionales del grupo que consiste en oxigeno, azufre y NR14; R12 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o -NR15R16; R13 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, alquilsulfanilo C1-4-alquilo C1-4 o halógenoalquilo C1-6, donde los tres radicales R13 pueden en cada caso ser iguales o diferentes; R14 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6; R15 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R16 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; o R15 y R16 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un heterociclo saturado que tiene de 5 a 8 átomos en el anillo que está opcionalmente mono o polisustituido con sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo que consiste en halógeno y alquilo C1-4, donde el heterociclo puede contener 1 ó 2 heteroátomos no adyacentes adicionales del grupo que consiste en oxígeno, azufre y NR14, donde, a menos que se indique otra cosa, un grupo o un sustituyente que está sustituido de acuerdo con la presente está sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados de la lista que consiste en halógeno;
