部の斜視図である。 図において、１は半導体素子、２は金属細線、
３は銅プレート、４はブリツジ、５は厚膜回路基
板、６はセラミツク板である。なお、各図中の同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
集積回路装置の要部の断面図およびＡ―Ａ線によ
る断面図、第２図は従来の混成集積回路装置の要
部の斜視図である。 図において、１は半導体素子、２は金属細線、
３は銅プレート、４はブリツジ、５は厚膜回路基

- 混成集積回路基板上に搭載された半導体素子の
放熱用の銅プレートと、前記半導体素子のアース
電極を電気的に接続するための金属製のブリツジ
とをセラミツク板を介在して接合したことを特徴
とする混成集積回路装置。
