  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 積層されたリードフレームを有する半導体
    装置において、 半導体素子搭載部とインナリード部とが一体化
    された機械的強度を補強する第１の金属層と、該
    第１の金属層上のリード側に形成される絶縁層と
    、該絶縁層上に形成される電気的接続及び配線接
    続を行う第２の金属層を有する積層リードフレー
    ムを具備することを特徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 請求項１記載の半導体装置において、前記
    第１の金属層は鉄又は鉄合金、第２の金属層は銅
    合金であることを特徴とする半導体装置。
