- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂封止型半導体装置用のリードフレーム
において、一連のアウタリードの中央部に該アウ
タリードと平行な部分と、該アウタリードの外側
にあつて該アウタリードと直交する部分とがつな
がつた形状のスリツトを設けたことを特徴とする
樹脂封止型半導体装置用リードフレーム。 (2) 樹脂封止型半導体装置用のリードフレーム
において、一連のアウタリードの長さを不揃いと
し、その不揃いの長さのアウタリードに対応した
スリツトを該アウタリードの外側に設けたことを
特徴とする樹脂封止型半導体装置用リードフレー
ム。
