の取付構造の実施例を示し、第１図はプリント基
板上に形成した面実装部品装着ランドの斜視図、
第２図は面実装部品を装着してハンダ熱加工を施
して取り付けた時の断面図である。第３図乃至第
５図は従来例を示し、第３図Ａはプリント基板の
装着ランド全体にクリームハンダを塗布して面実
装部品を取り付ける時の斜視図、第３図Ｂは第３
図Ａの面実装部品取り付け後の断面図、第４図Ａ
はプリント基板の装着ランドの略半分にクリーム
ハンダを塗布して面実装部品を取り付ける時の斜
視図、第４図Ｂは第４図Ａの面実装部品取り付け
後の断面図、第５図Ａは小形の装着ランドにクリ
ームハンダを塗布して面実装部品を取り付ける時
の斜視図、第５図Ｂは第５図Ａの面実装部品取り
付け後の断面図である。 主な符号の説明、１……面実装部品を取り付け

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 部品底部に取付電極を有する面実装部品をプリ
    ント基板に取り付ける面実装部品の取付構造にお
    いて、 プリント基板の装着ランドを分割して構成し、
    この分割した１箇所の装着ランドで面実装部品の
    取付電極をハンダ付けして取り付けるよう構成し
    たことを特徴とする面実装部品の取付構造。
