Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は車両振動軽減装置に関するものである。
自動車において、路面からの加振力によりボデー曲げ共
振や低速こもり音のボデー振動モードは重量のあるエン
ジン、補機類の搭載部が加振源となってｂる。
この振動モードを変化あるいは振動を抑制するためには
、エンジン、補機類の搭載部にダイナミックダンパーを
装備することで可能であるが、限られたエンジンルーム
のスペース内にダイナミックダンパーを別置することは
困難な問題である。
本発明は、特別にダイナミックダンノく−を別置するこ
となく、エンジン、補機類ヲダンパーマスとして作用さ
せ振動を軽減するようにしたものである。
以下本発明の実施例を図面によって説明する。
１はシャシフレームである。このシャシフレーム１上に
支持台２を固設し、この支持台２上にエンジン３並びに
ニアコンプレッサ、ラジェータファン等の補機類４８％
４ｂをゴム等の弾性体５を介して弾機的に支持したもの
である。尚補機類４ａｘ　４ｂはエンジン３を中心にし
てバランスよく配置することが望ましい。
上記本発明によると、エンジン３並びに補機類４ａ、４
ｂがシャシフレーム１と一体の支持台２上に弾性体５を
介して弾機的に支持されているため、エンジン３並びに
補機類４ａ、　４ｂは路面からの加振力に対してｌ°ン
バーマスとして作用し、振動モードを変化あるｂは抑制
してボデー曲げ共振や低速こもり音を低減するものであ
る。
このように本発明では、特にダイナミ・ソクダンパーを
別置することがなく、スペース的に本、またコスト的に
も非常に有利な特長がある。

  1. シャシフレーム上に支持台を固設し、この支持台上にエ
    ンジン並びに補機類を弾性体を介して配設したことを特
    徴とする車両振動軽減装置。
