Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁基板上にコンデンサとインダクタとを
    設け、これらを前記絶縁基板上に設けた導体パタ
    ーンによつて導通接続したＬＣ複合部品において
    、前記導体パターン上にガラスを主成分とする絶
    縁被覆層を被着形成したことを特徴とするＬＣ複
    合部品。 (2) 前記絶縁被覆層は、ＰｂＯ―ＳｉＯ２―Ｂ
    ２    Ｏ３、ＰｂＯ―ＳｉＯ２―ＺｎＯ、ＰｂＯ―Ｓ
    ｉＯ２―ＺｎＯ―Ｂ２Ｏ３、ＺｎＯ―Ｂ２Ｏ３等
    のガラス成分を含有することを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＬＣ複合部品。 (3) 前記絶縁被覆層は、Ａｌ２Ｏ３，ＳｉＯ２
    ，ＺｒＯ２等の酸化物を含有することを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載のＬＣ複
    合部品。 (4) 前記絶縁被覆層は、ＢａＴｉＯ３粉末等の
    誘電体、半導体及びセラミツク成分を含有するこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項ま
    たは第３項に記載のＬＣ複合部品。 (5) 前記絶縁基板は誘電体磁器でなり、前記コ
    ンデンサは前記絶縁基板の厚さ方向の両面に電極
    を形成して構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項または第４
    項に記載のＬＣ複合部品。 (6) 前記インダクタは、空芯コイルでなること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第
    ２項、第３項、第４項または第５項に記載のＬＣ
    複合部品。
