わす曲線を示すグラフ、およびさらに詳しくは、
従来のラジアルタイヤのウオールの形状および第
１図のタイヤのウオールの形状を決定するのに用
いられる曲線の部分を示し、第３図は本発明によ
るタイヤが良好な横方向安定および良好な垂直方
向可撓性をもつ理由を示す説明線図、第４図は本
考案によるタイヤの外部荷重を受けない状態での
構成原理を示すタイヤ半部の横断面説明線図、第
５図は本考案によるタイヤの外部荷重を受けた状
態での態様を示す第４図と類似の図である。 １……タイヤ、２……ベルト、３……ラジアル
補強材、４……トレツド、５……サイドウオール
、６……ビード、７……ワイヤ、９……ビード掛
け点、１０……車輪リム。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トレツドベルト、サイドウオールおよびビード
を有するラジアルカーカスタイヤにおいて、タイ
ヤの回転軸およびラジアル中心線Ｘ―Ｘが交差す
る点Ｏとトレツド端部に位置する点Ｐとの間に延
長する直線Ｐ―Ｏが前記ラジアル中心線Ｘ―Ｘに
関しトレツドの前記端部と同じ側上に配置された
ビード束の中心を通つて通過し、タイヤの中立外
郭線の最大断面の点からビード域へのタイヤの各
下部サイドウオールカーカス中立外郭線は次式に
より表わされる曲線部分に対応する輪郭を有し、 ここで、“ｘ”はタイヤ断面のラジアル中心線か
らカーカス中立外郭線上の点への横の距離であり
、“ｙ”はタイヤの回転軸からカーカス中立外郭
線上の点への半径方向の距離であり、“ａ”は回
転軸からカーカス中立外郭線への半径方向の距離
であり、その際“ｙ”の値が“ａ”に等しく、“
ｘ”が０であり、また“ｂ”は回転軸からタイヤ
カーカス中立外郭線の最大断面の点への半径方向
の距離であり、すなわち、最大“ｘ”であること
を特徴とする均等安定型自動車用タイヤ。
