板半導体装置の挿入装置の斜視図、第２図および
第３図はそのバーンイン基板の検査時における接
触状態を示す正面図およぶ部分側面図、第４図お
よび第５図はそのバーンイン基板へ半導体装置を
挿入後の半導体装置の検査時における接触状態を
示す正面図および部分側面図、第６図は従来の挿
入装置を示す斜視図である。 図中、１は半導体装置、２はガイドレール、３
は送り爪、４は挿入ヘツド、５はバーンイン基板
、５ａはソケツト、５ｂ，５ｃはコネクタ、６は
ステージ、６ａ，７ａはガイドローラ、７は基台
、８，９はコネクタ接触子、８ａ，９ａはプレー
ト、８ｂ，９ｂは接触片、１０はソケツト接触子
、１１は検査装置、１２は抜取装置である。なお
、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体装置をバーンイン基板に挿入する装
置において、半導体装置を挿入する以前のバーン
イン基板と、バーンイン基板に挿入後の半導体装
置とをそれぞれ検査する検査装置を備えたことを
特徴とする半導体装置のバーンイン基板への挿入
装置。 (2) 前記検査装置のコネクタ接触子が、バーン
イン基板検査時にはバーンイン基板上のソケツト
接触片に接触し、バーンイン基板に挿入された半
導体装置の検査時には半導体装置のリード片に接
触して計測を行うようにしたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装置の
バーンイン基板への挿入装置。 (3) 前記検査装置の検査結果に応じて、不良の
半導体装置のみを基板から取り除く抜取装置を備
えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の半導体装置のバーンイン基板への挿入
装置。
