- 回路パターンが形成された絶縁性の基板上にヒ
ートシンクを介してトランジスタが搭載され、こ
のトランジスタに信号を入力させるためのワイヤ
が信号入力部に接続された半導体混成集積回路装
置において、前記信号入力部に立体状の導体を取
り付けてこの立体状の導体を介して前記回路パタ
ーンとトランジスタとをワイヤで接続したことを
特徴とする半導体混成集積回路装置。
