Claims (1)
- 外部リードの設けられた絶縁基板に半導体ペレ
ツトを取付け、熱硬化性樹脂を充填し、非透水性
のキヤツプを取り付けた樹脂封止型半導体装置に
おいて、前記キヤツプが前記絶縁基板の側面まで
覆うと共に、このキヤツプの側面図が前記絶縁基
板の前記外部リード取付け面から所定寸法突出し
て設けられていることを特徴とする樹脂封止型半
導体装置。
