Claims (10)
- X선 흡수미세구조에 있어서의 K흡수단의 흡수극대치에 근거하는 산화상태가 2.0∼2.5인 니켈 및 3.5∼4.0인 망간을 포함하는 리튬함유 복합산화물로 이루어지는 양극활성물질로서, 상기 리튬함유 복합산화물이 니켈원소와 망간원소를 1:1의 비율로 포함하며, 0.1∼2㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 상기 리튬함유 복합산화물의 결정입자와, 2∼20㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 상기 결정입자의 2차입자와의 혼합물로 이루어지는 양극활성물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 충전전 및 전압이 리튬금속기준으로 2.5∼3.5V 일때, X선 흡수미세구조에 있어서의 니켈 및 망간의 K흡수단의 흡수극대치로부터 결정되는 값이, 니켈 2가 및 망간 4가로 구성되는 양극활성물질.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 리튬금속기준으로 3.3∼4.6V의 작동전위, 및 1g당 150mAh 이상의 충방전용량을 갖는 양극활성물질.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬함유 복합산화물이 층형상의 결정구조를 갖고, 육방정계에 귀속한 격자정수가 a = 2.80∼2.95, c = 13.8∼14.4의 범위인 양극활성물질.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 M의 산화상태가 3가인 양극활성물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 M이 알루미늄 및 코발트의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 양극활성물질.
- 삭제
- 리튬을 흡수·방출하는 재료 및/또는 금속리튬을 음극활성물질로서 포함하는 음극, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 양극활성물질을 포함하는 양극, 및 전해질을 갖는 비수전해질 2차전지.
