Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4-(2-벤조[d][1,3]디옥솔-5-일에틸)벤젠-1,3-디올(4-(2-benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-ylethyl)benzene-1,3-diol)(15)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 15의 IC50은 3.3μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 2는 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 15에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 15에 대한 LD50은 66μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 3은 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4,4'-(에탄-1,2디일)디벤젠-1,3-디올(4,4'-(ethane-1,2diyl)dibenzene-1,3-diol)(16)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 16의 IC50은 1.7μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 3은 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 16에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 16에 대한 LD50은 260μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 4는 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4-(2,4-디메톡시페네틸)벤젠-1,3-디올(4-(2,4-dimethoxyphenethyl)benzene-1,3-diol)(17)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 17의 IC50은 11.9μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 4는 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 17에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 17에 대한 LD50은 157.8μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.

도 6은 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4-(2,4-디메톡시-3-메틸페네틸)벤젠-1,3-디올(4-(2,4-dimethoxy-3-methylphenethyl)benzene-1,3-diol)(19)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 19의 IC50은 24.7μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 6은 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 19에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 19에 대한 LD50은 130.3μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 7은 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4-(2-(퓨란-2-일)에틸)벤젠-1,3-디올(4-(2-furan-2-yl)ethyl)benzene-1,3-diol)(24)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 24의 IC50은 1.6M가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 7은 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 24에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 24에 대한 LD50은 345.9μM로 측정되었다.
도 8은 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 4-(2-(테트라하이드로퓨란-2-일)에틸)벤젠-1,3-디올(4-(2-tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)ethyl)benzene-1,3-diol)(25)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 25의 IC50은 5μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 8은 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 25에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 25에 대한 LD50은 〉1000μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 9는 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 화합물 30에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 화합물 30의 IC50은 156μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 9는 또한 다양한 농도의 화합물 30에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 화합물 30에 대한 LD50은 187.8μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 10은 실시예 7에 기재된 것과 같은 코직산(kojic acid)에 의한 멜라닌 생성에서의 억제 프로필(●)을 도표로 나타낸 것이다. 데이터는 멜라닌 함량(비처리된 대조군의 %) 대 억제제 농도(μM)로 나타내었다. 마우스 검정법(murine assay) 코직산의 IC50은 303.5μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다. 도 10은 또한 다양한 농도의 코직산에서의 세포 생존(cell viability)(LD50)(x)을 도표로 나타내었다. 코직산에 대한 LD50은 〉1000μM가 되는 것으로 측정되었다.
도 11A는 실시예 8에 기재된 것과 같이 제조된 인공 피부(reconstructed skin)를 묘사한 것이다. 상기 인공 피부는 피부 미백제의 국부 적용을 모방할 수 있게 만들어 주는 공기-액체 경계면(air-liquid interface)에서 성장시켰다.
도 11B는 실시예 8에 기재된 것과 같이 연구된 인공 피부의 결과를 사진으로 나타낸 것이다. 실험 15일 경과 후 피부 견본(specimen)의 사진은 어두운 수지상 세포(dendritic cells)로서 사진상에 나타나는, 멜라노사이트 상에서의 현저한 용량-의존성(dose-dependent) 화이트닝 효과를 나타낸다.

- 제1항 또는 제2항의 화합물을 포함하는, 과일, 야채, 주스 및 다른 식품에서의 갈변(browning) 및 색 변화 억제용 조성물.
