Abstract

Procedeu de obţinere a N-[N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L -alfa-aspartil]-L-fenilalanin 1-metil esterului cu formula:util ca agent edulcorant, caracterizat prin aceea că se tratează o soluţie hidroalcoolică cu pH-ul 4,5…5,0 de aspartam şi de 3,3-dimetilbutiraldegidă, la temperatura camerei, cu hidrogen la o presiune inferioară sau egală cu 0,1 MPa, în prezenţa unui catalizator ales din grupul cuprinzând platina sau paladiul pe carbon activat sau sub formă de negru de platină sau de paladiu. Compusul obţinut este purificat prin precipitare şi filtrare după eliminarea sub vid a părţii alcoolice a solventului.
