Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest związek chemiczny w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków kobaltu, fosforu i chromu, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kobaltu(II)—tlenek fosforu(V)—tlenek chromu(III), który oznacza związek o wzorze sumarycznym Co13Cr4P10O44. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób wytwarzania związku chemicznego w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków kobaltu, fosforu i chromu, polegający na mieszaniu węglanu kobaltu(II), wodoroortofosforanu(V) amonu i tlenku chromu(III), ujednorodnianiu i wygrzewaniu otrzymanych mieszanin, chłodzeniu i rozcieraniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się węglan kobaltu(II), wodoroortofosforan(V) amonu i tlenek chromu(III) w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu trójskładnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku kobaltu(II) wynosi 65,00% molowych, zawartość tlenku fosforu(V) wynosi 25,00% molowych, a zawartość tlenku chromu(III) wynosi 10,00% molowych. Mieszaninę wygrzewa się przez co najmniej 60 godzin, w czterech etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie próbkę schładza się wolno do temperatury pokojowej i uciera.The subject of the application is a chemical compound in a ternary system of cobalt, phosphorus and chromium oxides, wherein the ternary system means cobalt(II) oxide—phosphorus(V) oxide—chromium(III) oxide, which is a compound with the molecular formula Co13Cr4P10O44. The application also covers a method for producing a chemical compound in a ternary system of cobalt, phosphorus, and chromium oxides, consisting in mixing cobalt(II) carbonate, ammonium hydrogenorthophosphate(V), and chromium(III) oxide, homogenizing and annealing the resulting mixtures, cooling, and grinding, characterized in that cobalt(II) carbonate, ammonium hydrogenorthophosphate(V), and chromium(III) oxide are mixed in a molar ratio such that, calculated as the components of the ternary system of oxides, the cobalt(II) oxide content is 65.00 mol%, the phosphorus(V) oxide content is 25.00 mol%, and the chromium(III) oxide content is 10.00 mol%. The mixture is annealed for at least 60 hours, in four stages, with the sample being slowly cooled to room temperature and ground after each stage.
