Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung Fon 4-Amino-benzolsulfonamido-benzol-3'-sulfonacetylamid. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 4-Amino-benzolsulfonamido-benzol-3'-sulfon- acetylamid, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man ein Benzolsulfonamido-benzol-3'- sulfonamid, das in 4-Stellung eine durch Hydrolyse in die Aminogruppe überführbare Gruppe enthält, mit einem hydrolysierenden Mittel behandelt.
Solche - in die Amino- gruppe überführbaren Gruppen sind z. B. die Acylamino-, Alkylamino-, Arylamino-, Ar- alkylamino- und die A.zomethin-Gruppe, der Isocyansäureesterrest (entstanden durch Hofmannschen Abbau aus Säureamiden), der Alkylcarbaminsäureesterrest (entstanden durch Curtius' Abbau aus Säureamiden) und dergl.,
insbesondere sind verwendbar die Acetylamino-, Carbalkoxyamino-Verbin- dungen.
Die neue Verbindung soll als Arznei mittel sowie als Zwischenprodukt für die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln und andern technisch wertvollen Verbindungen Verwen dung finden. Beispiel:
32,7 ,g 4-Amino-benzolsulfonamido-benzol- 3'-sulfonamid vom Smp. 156 C (hergestellt durch Einwirkung von 4-Acetyl-aminobenzol- sulfonsäurechlorid auf 3-Amino-benzolsul- fonamid und anschliessende Verseifung der Acetylgruppe des Kondensationsproduktes) werden mit 200 cm' Essigsäureanhydrid während 1 Stunde zum Sieden erhitzt und hernach das Diacetylprodukt, durch Ein giessen in Eiswasser,
Auflösen in Sodalösung und Ausfällen des Filtrates mit Essigsäure ausgeschieden und gereinigt. Nach Um kristallisieren aus verdünntem Alkohol schmilzt das Produkt bei 145-146' C. Durch Verseifung der 4-Acetylaminogruppe wird es in die entsprechende Aminoverbindung über geführt, die nach dem Umkristallisieren aus verdünntem Alkohol bei 165 ' . schmilzt.
Claims (1)
- PATENTAN SPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung vor. 4- Arnino- benzolsulfonamido - benzol - 3' - sulfonacetyl - amid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, claB man ein Benzolsulfonamido-benzol-3'-sulfonacetamid, welches in 4-Stellung eine durch Hydrolyse in die Aminogruppe überführbare Gruppe enthält,mit einem hydrolysierenden Mittel behandelt. Die neue Verbindung schmilzt nach dem Umkristallisieren aus verdünniczn Alkohol bei 165 .
