ンデンサーを固着マウントし、その半導体ペレツ
トと基板の所定の導電ランドとをワイヤボンデイ
ングでチツプコンデンサーと所定の導電ランドを
導電性接着剤で電気的に接続し、上記半導体ペレ
ツト、チツプコンデンサー、基板及びワイヤボン
デイング部を含む主要部分を樹脂モールドしてな
る混成集積回路装置において、 上記チツプコンデンサー直下の基板に凹部を形
成したことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
