Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は集積回路装置用リードピン（以下単にリードビ
ンと称す）の改良に関するものである。
従来、第１図に示す如くメタライズしたセラミックス基
板１の上に粒状の銀ろう２とリードビン３とをセットし
てろう付していた。
しかしながら、上記のセットは作業が煩雑で能率の悪い
ものであった。
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものでセット作業
能率のよいリードビンを提供せんと・するものである。
本発＃４は、第１図に示す如く棒状リードピン３に、第
２図に示す如く断面円形の銀ろう４Ｉを曲げ力ロエによ
ってリードビン３の太さよりも小さい内径にした銀ろう
リング４を、ｍ３図に示す如く嵌合したリードビン３′
である。
本発明に於いて、断面円形の銀ろう−を曲げ加工によっ
て釧ろうリングにしたのｉｊ％　リードビン３に嵌合し
やすくするためであｐ、＊ううり／グ４の内径をリード
ピ／３の太さよりも小さくしたのは、−ろうリング４の
剛性によって鈑ろうリング４ｔ’Ｊ−ドピン３に嵌合固
定するためである。
次に本発明の効果を一層明瞭にするために実施例につい
て以下に述べる。
〔実施例〕
直径０．１７ｗａのＡｇ　　２８９６Ｃｕ合金！５成ル
ｉｉｌ口うＳｔ曲げ加工によって、第２図に示す如く内
径０．４２Ｍの銀ろうりング４を成形し、これを、１Ｉ
Ｎ３図に示す如く直径０．４５　ａｍのリードビン３の
一端部に嵌合してリードビン３′とした。
上記実施例で得たリードビン３′と従来のリードビア３
會使ってセラミックス＆ａｌ上にセットしてみたところ
、本発明によるリードピン３’によるセット時聞け、従
来のリードピン３に比しｂ以下であった。
以上の説明で明らかなように本発明のリードピンは、従
来のリードピンに比しセット作業能率が−＜、またセッ
トの自動化の容易なもので従来のり−ドビンに砲って代
るものと言える。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 棒状リードピンの一端部に、断面円形の銀ろうＳｔ−―
    け加工によって前記リードピンの太さよりも小さい内径
    にした優ろうリングを嵌合したことを特徴とする集積回
    路装置用リードピン。
