概略を示す平面図である。第２図は第１図の装置
に備えられているコンベアの先端部を示す平面図
である。第３図は本考案に係る熱処理装置によつ
て加熱される被加熱材の温度変化の一例を示すグ
ラフである。第４図は被加熱材のずれ方向を変更
することなく加熱する場合の被加熱材の温度変化
の一例を示すグラフである。 １０：線材（被加熱材）、１４，２０，３０，
３４：コンベア（搬送手段）、１８，２８，３２
，３６：加熱装置（加熱手段）、Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ
：搬送方向。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直径寸法が略等しい多数のリング状部品、
    或いはコイル状に巻回されたコイル状線材など、
    略円環形状を成す被加熱材を連続的に加熱する装
    置であつて、 前記被加熱材が連続的に載置されることにより
    、前記円環形状の中心を予め定められた第一方向
    へずらした状態で該被加熱材を順次該第一方向へ
    搬送する第一搬送手段と、 該第一搬送手段によつて前記被加熱材が搬送さ
    れる過程において該被加熱材を加熱する第一加熱
    手段と、 前記第一方向と交差する第二方向に配置され、
    前記第一搬送手段によつて順次搬送されて来る前
    記被加熱材が連続的に載置されることにより、前
    記円環形状の中心のずれを前記第一方向から前記
    第二方向へ変更した状態で該被加熱材を順次該第
    二方向へ搬送する第二搬送手段と、 該第二搬送手段によつて前記被加熱材が搬送さ
    れる過程において該被加熱材を加熱する第二加熱
    手段と を有することを特徴とする熱処理装置。 (2) 前記第二方向は前記第一方向に対して略直
    角に交差する方向に設定されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱処理装置。
