- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子基板１０上に搭載された半導体素子１１に
対して、冷媒流路１３に固定されたノズル１５か
ら冷媒のジエツト噴流を衝突させる電子基板１０
の冷却構造において、 冷媒流路１３の壁面１３ａに当接するズレ防止
用突起部１７がノズル１５の外周面に設けられて
いることを特徴とする半導体素子の冷却構造。
