Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 認識ステージと、照明装置と、カメラと、画像
処理部とを有する半導体装置の樹脂欠け検査装置
であつて、 認識ステージは、位置決めピンを有するもので
、位置決めピンを半導体装置の隣接するリード間
に挿入して該半導体装置の位置決めを行うもので
あり、 照明装置は、認識ステージ上に位置決めして搭
載された半導体装置の樹脂部に光照明を行うもの
であり、 カメラは、半導体装置を撮像するものであり、 画像処理部は、カメラの画像信号に基いて樹脂
欠けによる陰影部の面積を求め、半導体装置の樹
脂の外観不良を検出するものであり、 さらに、カメラの同一視野内に、半導体装置の
樹脂部の欠けを検出する樹脂欠け検出範囲と、半
導体装置の位置ずれを検出するピツチずれ検出範
囲とを設定したことを特徴とする半導体装置の樹
脂欠け検査装置。
