Claims (1)
- 半導体ウエハを挿入載置するためのスリツト溝
が形成された複数の石英ガラス製のウエハ支持柱
の両端部を下部板及び上部板で結合してなるウエ
ハ熱処理用治具において、上記下部板及び上部板
の間の少なくとも１箇所で、炭化ケイ素製の芯体
を石英ガラス製の中空体で包囲した構造の補強帯
により上記複数のウエハ支持柱を互いに連結した
ことを特徴とするウエハ熱処理用治具。
