Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE COMPOSTOS DE 1,3-DIIDRO-2H-3-BENZAZEPIN-2-ONA, E APLICAçãO NA SìNTESE DE IVABRADINA E SAIS DE ADIçãO DESTA COM UM áCIDO FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a síntese de compostos de fórmula (1): em que R~ 1~, e R~ 2~ , que podem ser iguais ou diferentes, cada qual representa um grupo (C~ 1~-C~ 8~)alcóxi linear ou ramificado ou formam, juntos com o átomo de carbono transportando-os, um anel de 1,3-dioxano, 1,3-dioxolano ou 1,3-dioxepano. Aplicação na sintese de ivabradina, sais de adição desta com um ácido farmaceuticamente aceitável, e hidratos desta.
