Abstract

Claims (16)
- 動力源と、
前記動力源に連結された無限可変バリエータとで構成されたドライブトレインであって、
前記無限可変バリエータは、
第一の複数の牽引ローラーと、
第二の複数の牽引ローラーと、
前記第一および第二の複数の牽引ローラーに動作可能な形で連結されたキャリアであって、前記無限可変バリエータの縦軸の周りで回転するよう構成されているキャリアと、
前記無限可変バリエータの変速機比を制御するよう構成された油圧システムであって、前記キャリアと流体連通するよう構成された油圧システムとで構成されているドライブトレイン。 - 前記無限可変バリエータの縦軸に沿って配置された入力シャフトであって、前記キャリアに連結された入力シャフトと、
各前記牽引ローラーに連結された遊星軸とをさらに備え、
前記牽引ローラーは、前記遊星軸と実質的に同軸の遊星の軸の周りを回転するよう適応される請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。 - 前記牽引ローラーおよび前記遊星軸が強固に連結された請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記牽引ローラーが、前記縦軸の周りを周回するよう構成されている請求項3に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 入力シャフトと、
前記入力シャフトに連結されたキャリアと、

前記第一の出力牽引リングに動作可能な形で連結されたトルク伝達装置と、
前記第一の非回転式牽引リングに動作可能な形で連結された第一の軸力生成機構と、
前記キャリアに連結された第二の複数の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品とで構成されたバリエータであって、
前記第一および第二の複数の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品のそれぞれの遊星−ピボットアーム組立品は、
遊星と、
前記遊星に動作可能な形で連結された遊星軸と、
前記遊星軸に連結されたピボットアームであって、前記バリエータの比率シフト機構に動作可能な形で連結されているピボットアームとで構成されているバリエータ。 - 前記第1の出力牽引リングに動作可能な形で連結された第二の軸力生成機構をさらに備える請求項5に記載のバリエータ。
- 前記キャリアが油圧システムと流体連通するよう構成された請求項5に記載のバリエータ。
- 前記キャリアが前記遊星−ピボットアーム組立品に潤滑油を供給するよう適応された請求項7に記載のバリエータ。
- 前記第二の複数の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品に連結された第二の非回転式牽引リングと、
前記第二の複数の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品に接する第二の出力牽引リングと、
前記遊星−ピボットアーム組立品に連結されたシフト機構とをさらに備え、
前記シフト機構は、前記遊星の回転軸を傾けるために、前記第一および第二の複数の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品を同期的に作動させ、
前記キャリアは、前記複数の遊星−ピボット組立品を受けて保持するように構成され、
前記第一及び第二の複数の遊星は、それぞれ、前記キャリアの縦軸の周りに角度間隔をもたせて配置されて、それぞれ、前記キャリアの縦軸と同心円上に位置する請求項5に記載のバリエータ。 - 前記第二の非回転式牽引リングに連結された第二の軸力生成機構をさらに備える請求項9に記載のバリエータ。
- 前記第一および第二の出力牽引リングに連結されたトルク出力装置をさらに備える請求項9に記載のバリエータ。
- 前記第一および第二の複数の遊星に連結された第一および第二のアイドラー組立品をさらに備える請求項9に記載のバリエータ。
- 無限可変変速機(IVT)であって、
前記無限可変変速機の縦軸の周りを回転するよう構成されたキャリアと、
前記キャリアに動作可能な形で連結された第一の列の遊星−ピボット組立品と、
前記キャリアに連結された入力シャフトと、
前記第一の列の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品に連結された第一の非回転式牽引リングと、
前記第一の列の遊星−ピボット組立品と接触する出力牽引リングと、
前記変速機の縦軸と同軸に配置されたアイドラー組立品と、
前記キャリアおよび/または前記入力シャフトと流体連通するよう構成された油圧制御システムとで構成され、
前記キャリアは、前記第1の列の遊星−ピボット組立品を受けて保持するよう適応され、
各前記遊星−ピボット組立品は、前記縦軸の周りに角度間隔をもたせて配置された複数の遊星を有し、
前記入力シャフトおよび前記キャリアは、前記変速機の中央の軸と同軸となり、その周りを回転するよう構成され、
前記アイドラー組立品は、前記複数の遊星と接触しており、
前記油圧制御システムは、前記変速機の比を調節するよう適応されている無限可変変速機。 - 前記キャリアに連結された第二の列の遊星−ピボットアーム組立品をさらに備える請求項13に記載の無限可変変速機。
